May 2008

With all the changes and excitement of a new baby and upcoming wedding, the month of May rolled upon us very quickly. With May came my 28th birthday, first Mother’s day, third wedding anniversary, and Ben and Ashley’s wedding. I love May! Though in Colorado the flowers are a long time coming compared to Tennessee, by May they are finally in full bloom. This year, I decided to plant huge pots of Gerber daisies, one of my favorite flowers. By Mother’s day, I had plenty for bouquet for my mother and a few friends. Also in May, Sam met his paternal grandparents one afternoon. Scott & Ann got a chance to see his construction themed nursery and even brought him a truck quilt that fits in his room perfectly. Sam is blessed to have such a large family to love him!
